About Priory Cast Products

Established in 1988 by Richard Henshaw, Priory Cast Products has been owned and managed by Yunus Ascott and Eliza Higginbottom (Yunus & Eliza, MEY Designs) since 2018. Freemen of The Goldsmiths' Company, the pair bring their extensive background in jewellery, fine art and restoration to the business, whilst continuing to build on the foundry's reputation for quality detailed castings. Lost Wax Casting was first used by the Eygyptians around 5000 years ago, and is updated at PCP to include cutting edge technologies.

With a small, friendly and highly skilled team, the business has a focus on apprenticeships, education and reducing the manufacturing skills shortage. We serve the following industry sectors: manufacturing, restoration, conservation, industrial design, engineering, automotive, architecture, interior design, art, film, fashion, retail, hospitality and more.

Priory Cast Products won best use of grant funding at the OxLEP Business awards 2019, and has been supported by the European Regional Development Fund.
